Meet those who serve you 〰️

We as a team understand the gifts, callings of the body of Christ and we value servanthood leadership. We understand that leading people into genuine encounters with God is a team effort, not an individual effort. We have dedicated ourselves to the scriptures as our primary leadership guide. We believe that every person has the right to be equipped for the work and service that the Lord has called then into. It is from this biblical worldview that we operate in our leadership efforts.

Bob & Myra Brown

Bob Brown, senior Lead Pastor

Myra and I have been here since 2002. With a background in business, I never imagined in my earlier years that the Lord would call me into pastoral ministry, but I’m deeply grateful He did! It has been a true joy to serve this body.

As a pastor, I see my primary responsibility as equipping and empowering the Body of Christ to walk out the calling God has placed on their lives. At the same time, I recognize that preaching, teaching, providing guidance, and offering strong, faithful leadership are essential parts of my role, and I take that responsibility to heart.

We would truly love for you to join us—come be a part of what God is doing here and experience it for yourself.

Joe & Heather Jones and family

Joe jones, Associate Pastor

Our Story began in 2018 when we connected at Lighthouse. We are both veterans and have a background in recovery.  We share a burden for the addicted, afflicted & oppressed.  Discipleship and advocacy are a large part of how we serve in the community. Joe is a Chaplain with Greene County Detention Center.  We are privileged to help individuals from various backgrounds connect with recovery resources & community support, while also encouraging individuals in their personal relationship with Christ.

We are Living Free Field Reps and have trained multiple people who facilitate small group bible studies in Greene County and surrounding areas.  Living Free curriculum is a toll used to unite the people of God, the Word of God and the Spirit of God.  This discipleship tool has been paramount in encountering the lost & making community connections.

We are very grateful for the love and support we have here at Lighthouse.  We are honored to serve our church family; our community and we are hopeful of continued Kingdom increase in the future.

Tim and Whitney Estes

Tim and Whitney Estes, NextGen Pastors

Tim and Whitney met while on the mission field in Los Angeles serving in the teen discipleship program. Since then, they have served on the mission field in Alaska, Africa, and Mexico. Along the way, they, along with their three boys, have had the honor to serve children in foster care and have served in a variety ministerial capacities, including kids and youth ministries, addiction recovery programs, and outreach ministries. They believe they’re called to carry a culture of family, see the unseen, and remember the forgotten. Their heart’s desire is to see the church be the church, walk in unity, and experience the deeper things of the Father while growing closer to Him daily.
